Traveling
*Keep cake level at all times
*Carry cake from the bottom of the box
*When traveling, ensure the cake is on a flat stable surface, like the trunk or floorboard of your car. Never transport the cake on your lap or on a seat.
Refrigeration
*Keep the cake refrigerated. Remove the cake from fridge to bring to room temperature 2 to 4 hours before you would like to serve it. This highly depends on the temperature. If it's cold it will take longer for your cake to come to room temp. If it is warm the cake could come to room temp quickly.
Storage
*Store cake in an air tight container for up to 4 days. *To freeze, wrap cake slices individually from the fridge and freeze in a gallon bag up to 4 moths.
