Terms & Conditions
*Ingredients: All cakes, fillings and icings may contain, or come into contact with, soy, wheat, dairy, nuts or other allergens.
It is the responsibility of the Customer to inform me prior to the confirmation of their booking of any allergy issues. It is the responsibility of the Customer to inform their guests of all allergy information and accordingly the Supplier will not be held liable for any allergic reaction resulting from consumption of the cake. All products are made to be eaten on the day of the celebration.
Payments Accepted: We currently accept Zelle, PayPal, CashApp & we do also accept cash.
Costs: All prices are subject to change based on current ingredient costs. Pricing is confirmed at the time of booking, but any additions or changes after confirmation may result in a price adjustment.
Orders: We prefer a 14 day notice for cakes and a 3 week notice for cookies. We will make exemptions when possible. When ordering from a photo reference from another baker, we will only use it for inspiration, not as exact match.
Deposits: Each order requires a non-refundable 50% deposit (exceptions on this are available for return customers).
Final Payments & Pick-ups: Final payments are due before or at the time of pick-up/delivery. Once the order has been picked-up, we are no longer liable for that order.
Delivery: Delivery is available to certain locations, cost of this service is charged based on our discretion. A delivery date and time will be agreed by both parties, and if the customer is not at location at this time and date, and we are not able to contact the customer, the product will be transported back with our premises and it will be the customer’s responsibility to collect the product. Products will not be held for more than 1 day.
